I flew from Oakland to Burbank yesterday....
I am so angry with the way things are in terms of airport security.
I just don't get all the security. It gets to me every single time. This time they took a bottle of Dasani water away from me. It is just ridiculous and I just cann't believe that we are sitting there taking it.
This is all just a trick to make the idiots in this country feel safer. I sure as hell don't feel safer because some security person takes my water away from me. What bothers me even more is that usually they are not even paying attention. Usually there are like 6 people behind a camera, behind the UV/Xray thing whatever it is called, and they are playing jokes on eachother, gossiping. I mean do you really need 6 people there? For WHAT? And then they take my water away...why? Oh it might be gasoline..Well then tell me to take a sip of it, Smell the bottle. Oh but no. They just take your water away and don't even explain it. And it is allright, because this is AMERICA, the land of the free. Then there is this new rule for you to put all of your liquids and lotions into a zipblock bag. How the hell does that keep a terrorist from frying a plane? Just because you grouped your toiletries into a bag? HOW IN THE HELL DOES THAT change anything? I guess I should start investing into Zipblock bags.

Yeah, what is it that we are fighting for again? Cause the freedom part, yeah that thing, that we already lost a LONG time ago.
